One of our commercial clients saw a lot of potential with their empty loft at home and wanted to see if TLC is as good at domestic conversions as commercial ones.
TLC began by building roof-height scaffolding to remove sections of the loft and maximise its space. Satisfied with the safety, TLC was able to make a brand-new bedroom and bathroom at either end of the loft’s dead space and even create a doorway from a Grade II listed grand chimney.
The conversion was completed after eight weeks and the client’s expectations were more than just met.
