Work on Grade II listed buildings often rings alarm bells over restrictive and time-consuming regulations.
However, TLC was able to turn around this conversion with the same quality and efficiency as any other by liaising very closely with the listing officer, as well as keeping close contact with the business on the floor below to avoid leaks, damage and excessive noise.
With a four-way dialogue between the client, business, listing office and TLC, the listed building transformed into two fully functioning apartments within weeks.
