A property investor wanted to make 2 two-bedroom houses from an abandoned warehouse riddled with asbestos, a project not just any builder can handle. Through word of mouth, the client found TLC was more than up for the challenge.
The warehouse was so derelict that TLC found a large level of asbestos in its roof, so our team got straight to work in clearing out the harmful materials and rebuilding. The whole building was then treated to a thermal upgrade, rendering and new windows for greater ventilation.
Six months on, the property investor was thrilled to end up with 2 brand-new, issue-free homes.
