This client asked TLC to convert their home’s attached garage into an extra bedroom for their daughter - but opted for a study mid-build.
TLC was more than able to accommodate the change of direction and installed a number of extra electrical sockets to get the most of out the garage’s new function.
TLC then addressed the room’s cold space by fitting insulated plasterboard and heating throughout – a number one priority for most garage conversions.
Following newly poured concrete footings, brickwork and a window installation and garage door removal, the old garage was unrecognisable as a beautiful new office after three weeks of work.
