A developer purchased a subsiding bungalow with plans to refurbish and extend it before putting it on the market.
As the bungalow was sinking into the ground we underpinned it from one side and renewed all the drainage before addressing the rest of the property.
With the problem resolved we plastered the whole bungalow, renewed its plumbing and electrics and fitted new doors and windows before creating the extension. We also installed new Grey Hardie plank to the whole exterior to give the property a fresh look.
We held frequent meetings with the developer to make sure the project met their expectations, and we can safely say it exceeded them.
