This family asked TLC to remove a structural wall dividing their dining area and kitchen for a large, contemporary living room.
To maintain structural integrity, we gently propped up the building while knocking down the wall and replaced the support with a sturdy steel design made by our structural engineer.
We were then ready to refurbish and installed modernised flooring, sliding doors and tiling across the kitchen surfaces to deliver a fresh look for the merged rooms.
Once decorating was complete, the family could make the most of their larger space with a 21st century feel.

Excellent from start to finish - was always kept up to date as to what was happening. We also added on some extra jobs, nothing was too much trouble. Clean and friendly workers. The finished result was exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend TLC and would definitely use them again.
