This customer’s objective was two-fold – turn their unused garage space into a snug living area while increasing the overall value of the property.
From designing and building to decorating and insulating, TLC Home Group took charge of the project to take pressure off the client. This included submitting a Building Notice to the local council and obtaining a building regulations certificate.
After TLC finished, the client was thrilled to be able to make the most of their new, valuable living space.
