This was for a developer we have been working with for the past 5 years completing in excess of £5m of projects, for his ever growing property portfolio. The building was left the same as when the coop office workers left many years ago. TLC ripped the complete building out and started again. We divided all of the space up in to plots using a timber party wall design which gives excellent acoustic rating when double boarded. We then fitted each unit in a modern professional fit out which our client looks for. The flagship plots are the second floor mezzanine flats which look amazing and a great transformation of the space which was the old ball room back in the early 1900s. This apartments are now being used as Serviced apartments for professionals in Ipswich.
Our client is over the moon with all 36 apartments which he has successfully rented out. We are now looking forward to moving onto the next project with him.
