We was approached by the client to complete a first-floor timber extension above the existing garage which he had already had designed by his architect. We stripped the existing roof and began to build the project from modern eco joists and 6 x 2 timber. The exterior was finished in natural slate roof with evening night Hardie plank walls over the fire proofing to meet building regulations. The interior of the property was insulated and finished in customer colours choices with designer radiators and oak doors. When we was on site we was also instructed to do a new garage wall and drive as the customer was so happy with our workmanship. The client is very happy with the project and recommends us to the neighbour and we have now stated his project.
