This massive project required the installation of 134 timber windows and doors, which was no problem for the TLC team.
We previously converted the building from Ipswich’s famous First Floor Club into an 18 one to two-bedroom apartment complex, so we knew which windows would work well.
We went about installing beautiful timber weights and cord sashes, which is an ideal combination for an elegant look.
The successful project led to TLC converting and installing timber windows for the Dolce Vita nightclub, for which we received a commendation from the Ipswich Society Annual Awards 2019.
