With a garden spanning 7,000 sq ft, this family of four decided to make the most of their space by building a brand-new home in their backyard and selling their old one.
TLC Home Group got to work by flattening and excavating the plot over the course of two weeks. With a blank canvas, our team was then able to install everything from a Juliet balcony and rainwater harvester to solar energy panels and an en-suite bathroom.
This project had a number of NHBC quality checks to abide by given its many features, so TLC took great care in delivering the client’s whole vision to the correct standards.
The family moved into their ambitious four-bedroom home after just nine months.
