This customer wanted TLC to knock through their kitchen, wet room, dining room and two storage rooms into one large family space and section part of it into a utility room.
Our team got straight to work on replacing all of the walls with beams, which maintained structural integrity and gave us room to seamlessly remove the remaining features.
We then created the utility room by installing new stud walls and doorways to the corner of the main room.
Next, the electrical wiring and plumbing was refitted to better serve the open layout. After applying plastering, we went about fitting new laminate flooring and skirting, doors, and a kitchen before redecorating.
The client was very impressed with the transformation and looks forward to enjoying their new living space.
